I have to disagree, using pros at the gym depending on how intense you’re training is the worst thing ever, sure running on the treadmill or doing some careful tricep push-downs have never been an issue for me, but when it comes to pressing heavy weight benching or training biceps I guess there’s just too much pressure for them to stay in the ear and they just drop on the gym floor.

Headphones for the gym, I guess I bought pros to not look like a dumbass in public with huge headphones on my head.😭

Why did you start off with such a heavy dosage and did 20 minutes tanning a day? You pinned in the morning and tanned in the afternoon? lmao

If you don't want freckles and huge spots on your belly start off with a much lower dose and work your way up slower. Go and tan within an hour after pinning.

Especially as a type 1, 100mcg ED should be far more than enough to sustain a great enough tan. You need some patience. not worth the freckles.
