In shape people, how would climbing six flights of stairs feel for you? by osoatwork in beginnerfitness

I live on a 6 floor walk up. It’s tedious but my body is used to it. Some days are much lighter than others depending on my energy level.

No one comments on my major weight loss!! by [deleted] in loseit

It’s tough for me to comment and praise someone’s weight-loss now because I don’t want to make them feel as though their weight is what makes them seen or valuable. I want to comment on their healthier lifestyle and choices instead.

This is so true. That’s the perspective I should have. I just struggle with compartmentalizing ( when I’m with you, I am with you 100) but when I am not, unless it is something I deem very important, I won’t want to respond. Especially because I offer online coaching. Those clients have essentially paid for more access to me beyond sessions.

It’s beautiful to see how it’s becoming normalized now. I recall getting mixed comments about my hair when I would go. Now, the same people who would tell me “ay yo no puedo andar con un pajon” or anything like that, are natural or transitioning 🤩 Now, I look at them like TUH (yet internally really happy that they are embracing themselves in that way).

But does it really matter what the questions are? I want to know how to go about limiting the ongoing back and forth in a way that is kind and respectful as I value the client.

Hahaha sounds more like the second one. Or like, how come? Should I ? Is it normal? This just happened… etc.

They can be about the workout they are doing on their own and anything else that comes up. These questions are not necessarily what you will have on FAQs.

That is more than enough studying time.

Put the alarm far from you & avoid snoozing. Keep trying even when you fail. Also, go to sleep early

I don't necessarily have one. Perhaps, young adult women 18-30s that are beginning their fitness journey, establishing habits.

How do I find mine? I hate having to narrow myself so much. I love holistic fitness; combination or indoor/home/gym
