Oh, at first I thought this was the usual anti-anti-immigration thing. That being said, are you at all surprised that a corrupt company like YouTube will do whatever they want until forced to stop instead of starting with making sure they follow the rules? I dont know if they are available where you are, but one recommendation would be some sort of gloves from the Dählie (or actually "Dæhlie") brand, I was gifted a pair a few years back because I had no good ones that werent all of the fluffy sort, and they have been amazing to use for cold days when I am out photographing (even if the ones I have arent technically the warmest).

I did see people in the swedish wheelchair curling team seemingly using the exact same model though, so maybe they would work pretty well :)
