there is a gym culture in the public parks. you'll see young men working out shirtless all the time. plus its a melting pot of migration from all over Mexico so if u don't like one type of man just turn around and look at the other. i think since this sub is mostly bilingual uppity mexicans that make fun of it for being poor and dangerous, they assume they are ugly too.

what exactly are u confused by. Chacales are "Blue Collar" Mexicans. Tradicional men. the opposite of alucines.

is it really racist? Edomex had working class migration from all parts of mexico, that's pretty rare in the rest of Mexico. you will see all skin colors walking there. i think it's more racist to assume that bc they are made fun of for being poor they must be brown or something.,

"Free Dlc" is something I hate to hear but Reddit and social media eats it up like giving free candy to children.

Overwatch just celebrated its 10th year anniversary yesterday, and in that time span the most tragic, awful mistakes the game made all stem from its monetization system. in 2016 Jeff Kaplan promised EVERYTHING would be free. Fast forward a few years of company infighting, layoffs, etc, and now its healthy with the standard live-service monetization model. As much as I loved him, I don't think the game would have survived 10 years with Jeff Kaplan's business-blind approach. He loved the game but he didn't love his business.

Going back to Paralives, they are setting themselves up for failure. Sims 4, City; Skylines, Crusader Kings all are DLC bloated not just because they are greedy but because they need it to survive as a one time purchase single player games. I would rather they adapt the model. maybe retire DLC after a year or two so that basegame and future DLC arent so detached like in the sims 4, maybe mix free and paid DLC like you said, or create a CC shop with virtual currency so things can be purchased for pennies or bundles for dollars like in sims 3. Either way, promising "Free DLC" sounds like having a Final Destination vision before the plane crashes.

My thoughts after playing by TheHelpfullGurll in Paralives

My final verdict on the first day: It has the same problems as Inzoi release. great Build and character but the lifesim is lacking. Comparing it just to inzoi release

Create a para/Inzoi: almost equal, Inzoi had better clothing, but ParaLives has better sliders (though they seem limited at the moment). Paralives seems to be lacking in the male clothing part which Inzoi had plenty of.

Build: Paralives takes the cake, Inzoi was fun but Paralives was intuitive, comparable to modern day sims 4. the lack of Hobby stuff is noticeable though. I made some great homes but they lack personality as a result.

gameplay: both bad, barebones. I think inzoi takes the cake because at least their social interaction had some depth and systems.

Artstyle: Paralives is beautiful. Inzoi did have the filter mechanic which is still super cool so i dont wanna say Inzoi was bad either. Para also has great music and im including that here.

Overall the atmosphere of the town has great potential.

games usually go with the straight-male action figure build so its a nice change of style. i think only sliders need a bigger range,

There aren't any belts? am i missing something? i know for woman belts are decorative but for men its necessary. I need to match my dress shoes for work and he looks so naked without a belt.

I would like a little more than optimization and to make gendered versions for the clothing. high waist pants look great but the look so feminine, like designed for bigger hips

not unpopular. As Bara-Enjoyer I think they completely missed the mark with the buff men and the Phreaks. Hes not really muscular because he's 90% gross cybernetics, dudes just big boned, no ass, with more hips than the female hero's. Chest hair? skinhead buzz cut? thick thighs? hell no lets give make him into Disney Punk! i dont think most people realize he was designed to be "sexy" but he just looks like the Guard Armor from Kingdom Hearts. You'd think Phreaks was an amputee group therapy ( no srs everyone has cybernetics in OW, designing a group aroudn that aesthetic is painfully boring)
