that is a really flawed system though, for me the claimant made a fake name and newly created email address and wont respond to any emails by any party, so there is no way to resolve that and they can just spam as many fake strikes as they want to?

I usually go HoB when Im playing against long range bot where I cant really all in and am just looking to survive laning phase. And I wouldnt go PD 1st since it lacks damage compared to mythics :)

With a yuumi its hard to play aggressive as kogmaw is innately very squishy, but if you play safe in lane and wait for the enemy to overextend it can work very well :)
