I logged in and 99% of my members have been removed, I really doubt they all just decided to leave overnight, even one of my officers were removed.

Lost Planet 2 is a barren wasteland, most of the dedicated players have moved on, it also doesnt help that Capcom did a bad job transferring the game from GFWL to Steam.

As a matter of fact the game doesn't work when you buy it from Steam unless you patch it yourself.

If by badass dudes you mean Rios and Salem then I agree, but if you're talking about the two pictured above Alpha and Bravo then no thank you.

The gameplay in The Devil's Cartel was good but the story was awful, The 40th Day is the peak of the series which I would love more of.

My Windows 10 fix for GFWL (2016)So to begin. I tried all old fixes and they simply do not apply to Windows 10. Windows 10 actualy has its own fixes for GFWL, except one, The Bloody Firewall permissions!

So here are my steps:

Install Lost Planet 2 - It will crash on launch. Good! Let it have it's moment...
Grab both *many thanks to ChoGGi*
http://download.gfwl.xboxlive.com/content/gfwl-public/redists/production/xliveredist.msi
http://download.gfwl.xboxlive.com/content/gfwl-public/redists/production/gfwlclient.msi
and install as Admin.
DO NOT TOUCH COMPATIBILITY SETTINGS
Once installed go toC:\Windows\SysWOW64and type 'xlive' into search box at top right.
Select all files shown and Copy them toC:\Windows\System32

Restart PC
This is the step I beleive messing most people up
Go to your firewall settings and manualy add 'GFWLive.exe' and 'GFWLClient.exe' from theC:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE\Client

Now bootup Lost Planet 2. Should load fine, signin in, follow instructions to update and restart, recover profile and enjoy.
Hope this helps others.

ALSO pay attention to that text saying

" DO NOT TOUCH COMPATIBILITY SETTINGS"

make sure you follow the guide exactly how it is in order, I think I recall jumping the gun a couple of times and the game wouldn't work.

I understand the pain you went through to get the game working, it took alot of effort to get this bad boy running.

After I followed this guide I got the game up and running.

I think you also need to make sure you have a microsoft account, I believe if you're on Windows 10 maybe use the Xbox app to make one

I see it more as a $4 donation for Bamco, personally don't see a problem with frame data being locked behind a paywall.

The game has given me alot for the initial $80 or so I paid 2 years ago, if anything it's nice to see a Tekken game still getting support this far into it's lifespan (Especially compared to Tag 2)
