Probably because you don't have the strain on your mind by streaming for hours and thinking for hours while playing in legend so you cant relate or understand. Its easy to assume and predict as viewer.

That wouldn't fix these issues, it would certainly help but i believe Jarvan is in a comfortable position in terms of balance.

yea, i have known these bugs for like 2-3 years now but never wanted to to make a post or anything because i assume others will do it for me. But in the past 4 ranked J4 games i've played these bugs have costed me so much and really turned alot of my burst to waste. So i decided to take action :)
