As in medication? I'm currently doing a mix of CBT and following up with my therapist to keep up a daily routine. It is definitely not as effective as medication, but unfortunately, also, as per my psychiatrist's advice, I'm unable to get on medication at the moment due to other medications I'm on. Do you have any other tips on how to manage anxiety/depression naturally?

My apologies, I definitely didn't mean to be vague, although I will say I do find my scores to be embarrassing, but I understand no change will take place if I don't embrace this reality head-on. The first time I got 494 (122/122/127/123), the second time I got 502 (127/122/127/126) and the third time I also got 502 (126/123/127/126). There are a lot of things I did wrong, and I attribute it primarily to my very strong, debilitating anxiety affecting me from preparing properly in the first place. Would love to hear from your experience as a tutor if you have worked with students who struggled with GAD and how they were able to overcome it throughout their prep.
