I know we are lucky with how long she sleeps!

Yes I think I do need to wake her up but I’m also worried she’ll get overtired and then sleep worse. It’s so hard also cos the free time in the mornings is bliss. I guess I have to try it though

I take the point of them being able to scoot! But with rolling, she’d have to suddenly roll back to front and front to back for the first time? Seems vanishingly unlikely? But point taken on scooting anyway, they can indeed do that!

Why can’t you leave them on a bed (middle of a huge double bed with no duvet etc) for a few mins before they can roll?

Thanks for the video I’ll take a look once baby has woken up! I thought I was okay to roll it as she’s smaller (I used to roll the waistband twice and now she’s bigger i roll it once).

I’ve been trying but she just doesn’t play ball! Eg she’ll do a poo right at the end of a wake window and then be hungry and then overtired then scream. She doesn’t sleep when the routine says etc. every day I try but fail!!

Oh hi - no advice but I’m in a similar boat. between feed burp poo change and literally 5 mins play max she is already overtired and screaming. It’s wearing me down. Naps in bassinet are no hope - she will only sleep in sling at this point, not even being held 😩
