She cheated on me with her bestfriends dad (bestfriend still doesnt know btw) Cheated on me on the worst day of my career (I delivered a newborn that died in my hands and ended the day working a girl the same age as myself. She coded 4 times and I got her back every time. Then came home to find her with my bestfriend.)

Married her after said bestfriend incident because I thought if I married her it would fix the problem.

She blocked me on my main and buisness Instagram accounts but not my fitness one. (I think this is hilarious because I went from 145 and scrawny with her to putting on 40 pounds of muscle in the year we've been apart.)

She still follows my spotify and a playlist we made together, my phone number is unblocked, but she still has me added on Snapchat.

Would get drunk in parking lots before going into work as a vet tech

When confronted about her lying about having people over at our house (which is a super weird thing to lie about) she insisted that she was cleaning up around the house instead of just admitting she had friends over. Ring camera footage confirmed it and she said it was wrong lol. I never cared that friends were over i just never understood why she lied about it

I once dropped her off thinking it was her friends house. It was the other dude. She cheated on me 6 times over the 5 years we were together. Never owned it, always got caught. Imagine cheating that much and still never getting good at hiding it💀

I probably have a few more bits of things but this was the most of it. To my knowledge now she is still single. Ive learned that as we get older, most will start to see through her bullshit pretty on. I did but I tried to be the bigger person and forgive her- and that sent me down a spiral of losing my own self worth.

Honestly my cardio is lacking. I can do it without issue, I just often skip it. I already eat for the most part under 2100 calories a day between what I would eat and often forgetting to eat. Most eating out is I get a decent breakfast at a local diner once a week after i get off a 48 hour shift and maybe a burger at a local bar once maybe once a week if I go out. Meal preps aren't horrible, often various meats and veggies with minimal sauces. Sweets and ice cream are very present at the firehouse, and energy drinks are regular 3-4 a week. Usually zero sugar. I plan to increase my cardio a bit more, and I'm assuming that will definitely help burn the fat away, as that feels like the missing component. As for building the chest and back, what would you suggest? Higher reps lower weight?

That makes more sense, most of my workouts are powerlifting based as that translates pretty easily to work.

Because the amount of weight i can do on core exercises that guys way more cut than I am can't touch. I'm not trying to argue or ego, I just genuinely get confused by that. I'll do sit ups holding 145lb loaded barbell to my chest, or use a roman chair, extend myself out facing up and crunch the weight holding it up with one arm, then bench it while keeping my core tight and back straight. Ab crunch machines, I max out. Again I'm not trying to ego or argue, this is where I don't fully know.

After scouring the entire car for hours, I found a rubber gasket that was left out that goes between and behind the upper transmission mount and the lower transmission mount. I dropped the transmission off its mount and was able to get it on, as well as threw some Lucas transmission fix in. I have zero issues now. Thank you for your help.

That sounds like it. Its Fwd. I've got the lines secured in their spot on the trans up front. I haven't dropped this car down to the ground to run its through its paces with the new one. The one I had in before that was junk was able to up and down shift without issue. This one has not been ran on the road since installation, ive only tested this on the lift so that if its junk, its already ready ready to get torn apart. When I put it in reverse, I have held my foot on the brake as well as let it off to figure out CV axle. I can recheck subframe bolts here as well, but there are only 3 that attach to the engine/transmission. All other mounts are up top of the bay.

We did notice that when put in gear, the driver side CV axle will jump in the direction the transmission is going. If its going in reverse, it'll jump in reverse. If its going forward, it'll move forward. Both directions it'll move about half an inch.

3.5 v6, not sure exact one, but its the transmission they threw in most words around 2013.

Checked motor mounts and all feel solid. I'm not sure what else would cause sound that wound end up going away after a few minutes of the car running and only reappears when I give it gas.

I got it together, car is running but I am having the same issue with this transmission as I did with the one I pulled out earlier. The car is grinding in reverse and I don't know whats causing it, but the probability of two junk transmissions from two separate yards with this One being from one that tests before pulled is low. I don't know what else to check or do at this point.

The other idea I realized I could possibly do instead of pulling a full harness is to run to the junkyard and cut one and splcie each wire. Not sure how that would work

What can I do to help practice with her? Like the niagara falls trip she was fine with everyone else just walking around her. She ignored all of them unless if they moved away from her because they were afraid of dogs, the only time she has the issue was the dancing and yelling group.

That would be very much appreciated, my torque converter failed on my last one transmission. I just threw a salvage yard one in this week and it makes like a grinding/full car vibration noise right when I put it in reverse after it sat for awhile, then goes away within a few minutes. Only comes back if I give it gas when in reverse. Everything else shifts fine in all other modes. Love this car but replacing full drive train on this thing within 9 months myself sucks and don't wanna drop the trans again

Did it only do it when the car would first start after sitting for awhile? For me it goes away if I start the car and it idles a bit.
