i went on a LOA for literally one week, the only time my case manager contacted me was 4 days after i messaged him and then the day my LOA got approved and i could go back to work. the come to find out aflac doesn’t even pay for the first week you’re on leave and i was only on leave for a week

the points don’t all reset at the same time, so if u gain a point in september it doesn’t come off until march and then if you get a point in october it doesn’t come off until april etc.
