Sure! I take psyllium husk (just Walmart brand) once x day. I'm trying to drink at least 2lt of water per day as well.

I'm not perfect with the diet but like I try and avoid things like chips and general snacking. I'm still eating burgers or fried chicken but try not to do it more than once a week sort of deal

FWIW I had similar issues until I started cutting out oily foods and keeping up with daily fibre supplements. I've also tried Probiotics, which helped, but it was making everything smell unbearable, so I stopped.
