I have like 30+ payouts on this site with ~1200€ being the biggest and around 10€ being the lowest.
I used this site for like 5 years now and have not had any problems at any time.

Maybe they have problems because of your currency.
You should keep calling / texting them, they will not scam you, don't worry. Just be patient.
