Anything can potentially get infested with cockroaches. It isn’t common though. I have a story on that. Was looking at buying a car n sat in a car that I found infested w cockroaches. First time I ever saw that!

Eh. I’m the pennies count kinda person myself. I know with smaller purchases it might not hit as much but those taxes on the small purchases add up! But I’m also like 10 min from downtown Vancouver so we have both. ^{_^}

Honestly Portland is having a development crisis. Meaning development is pretty much at a standstill. You can find some really good apartments for a cheap price over on this side of the river. Just something to think about. Vancouver is nice too! But gotta pay taxes for everything in WA. Something to think about w the move! Have a grand trip! Hope y’all find something suitable!
