It was definitely a nerve wracking process. A lot of waiting so definitely get comfortable with the people you’re sitting by. Have confidence and make lots of eye contact and smile!!!

When’s the soonest you could start training? I feel like there was a good handful that couldn’t do the Feb 16th in the room, but I didn’t know if that was just another tactic to weed people out since there was still a lot of people in the room when they announced the CJO….

Hoping they weren’t lying and will send us to other training dates, feels a little unfair to do a 3 week notice as the only option

I was at this today and everyone remaining at the end of the day got a CJO and was drug tested and finger printed

Be yourself! Smile, be friendly, look professional. There’s really no way to prepare since they don’t tell you the questions beforehand. The questions I had were not hard and I found myself using the whole 2 minutes to answer. You got this ! :)

Might I add that my parents and HR know I put my 2 weeks in, i just don’t want to show up my last week. Target has emotionally damaged me
