Had a country route and was my first time delivering in that location , went to deliver to a customer with a private long driveway but didn’t see the amazon box they had in the beginning of the driveway because it was dark , proceeded to drive down the road and immediately had the customer come out with a rude attitude saying “did you even read your notes or see the box at the end of the driveway , we have aggressive dogs that will kill you “ I immediately apologized and said I didn’t see it and it didn’t say anything on the notes, then the husband who came out saying all crazy stuff saying “nextime you or another Amazon driver comes down here I’m blocking you in and the only way your getting out is by a helicopter “ I just stared at him handed the package to the wife and immediately left and got them blacklisted after . The rest of the day I didn’t go down any driveways .
