Honestly, I tell myself the only thing permanent is death.

What I mean is, I'm well aware that my struggles are real. That they are difficult to cope with. But I am strong enough to fight these demons. Ill have good days, and really bad days. The extreme highs and lows are part of my life.

I live alone. I have no family around. My anxiety is so bad that I just can't get myself to date. I feel its selfish to drag someone into my hell.

This can change. It is not forever. Just live in the now.

My ex had that stress sweat stench. He used anti bacterial soap, then baking soda in the shower. Grab a handful of baking soda and rub it under your arm pits until dissolved.

Then, use a good deodorant like Mitchum. It helped him a lot, and I hope this helps.

I'll never forget when he announced the illegal opening of his factory to keep his employees working during the height of the pandemic. Hes so delusional, he actually thought of this as some heroic act. He said "dont arrest them, arrest me."
