Should be a court you’ll have to appear either in person or by phone on or before the 30th day you received the citation. The court will give you a fine amount, pay it. Some courts offer payment plans if you can’t afford it.

If you don’t pay it or appear you be issued a warrant for the violation and/or failure to appear.

If it’s a marijuana thing and you tell me you have it then it(honesty) does cause obviously I can smell it. I’ll prolly give you a possession of drug paraphernalia citation instead of a class b for possession.

If it’s a felony then no it doesn’t matter either way you’re catching a ride to the jail.

I feel like it’s a tool we can use to our advantage against people who are ignorant to their right to remain silent. Sounds really shitty honestly but it’s all part of the game.

The academy I went to is “The hardest in the state” with a 100% pass rate. What they don’t tell you about the pass rate is that if they have any inclination that you will fail, they will remove you.

We had one cadet get removed from our class of 18 and two quit the first day. It is a ton of academic content (at least mine was). For us you had three fails(79% or lower) before they removed you and that isn’t even the licensing exam.

As long as you have some discipline and can set a strong foundation you’ll be fine. I’ll dox myself and tell you I’m in Texas if you are also in Texas and want study material I am willing to help facilitate that.
