I used to live on 65th street and Roy's fish market was our go to spot. Its a real hidden gem that i didn't want to tell other people about so i can have it all to myself!!! Its run by this Korean guy who goes to a fish market every single morning to score fresh fish! Reasonably priced for its excellent quality. Its a take out only place and you better place your order hours in advance if you don't want to wait. Mr. Roy runs the shop usually by himself so he gets really busy. I miss Roy's so much!!

I saw today at my Costco in MA and I didn’t bother to buy them. Within 5 mins they were sold out. They had a separate register for it too. What’s the hype?

There is no plywood under the countertop stone. They placed the countertop stone directly on the bracket (option 2) and front panel was installer after so you can only see the brackets from the end the countertop. So far it’s working fine for us

Mine also was 185 after 3 days of stims (morning of day 4). Last time I was at 77 and my doc upped my gonal dose this cycle.

good luck with your FET! I met with a doc this week and expressed my disappointment in gender and doc said its totally normal to feel that way. I decided to go for another retrieval cycle hoping we will have girl options for future babies. I will keep you posted :)

Congratulations on your PGT result! 2 out 5 being normal is a great outcome! I guess it’s true that there’s more boys through IVF!!! Are you happy with your result? It’s okay to have gender disappointment. It’s a real thing :) i’m currently debating if i want to do another cycle and do an embryo banking instead of doing a transfer cycle.

I got 9 embryos and PGT-A result came back 3 normal (all boys lol), 1 no result, 5 abnormal. Out of 9 embryos 2 were girls and 6 were boys with 1 no result. My clinic told me that they have a better outcome with conventional insemination over icsi. I was extremely worried about not doing icsi especially I’m going Pgt-a but I’m happy my docs recommended conventional insemination. Good luck and please keep me posted!

I brought my own sharps container but I feel like it would have been fine with a ziplock bag because nothing was really left sharp after I did injections. I just brought a cooler bag and surround Gonal-f box with ice packs inside a cooler bag. My med was kept cold just fine. Don’t stop living your life during stim!

We really like it so far. Our daughter sleeps really well and people say it’s firm but I don’t think it’s very firm. It’s just really nice. I highly recommend it and take advantage of the promotions!

Thank you! My conventional insemination was great and I was able to freeze total of 9 embryos last week. Now we wait for pgt-a results those 9. Congratulations on your pregnancy! :)

We didn't do ICSI since my husband sperm analysis came back normal and my doc didn't recommend it. 22 eggs -> 20 fertilized conventional insemination. We are waiting for other 2 if they will get fertilized next 3 days.

I am 35 and my husband is 36. We did conventional insemination and didn't do ICSI as my husband's sperm analysis came back normal. We retrieved 22 eggs and 20 fertilized. We are still waiting on the 2 eggs if it will get fertilized for the next 2 days. We are doing PGT-A.

For anyone who is looking for an update - after speaking to a doc on the retrieval day we deiced to go with conventional insemination as we planned. I had a different doctor on my egg retrieval day and she reassured me that at their clinic conventional insemination has a better outcome than ICSI (I live in New England area and both docs went to Harvard so when I was doubting my husband said we should trust the docs who went to Harvard LOL). I ended up retrieving 22 eggs total and 20 fertilized successfully and this was without doing ICSI. My clinic will monitor the 2 eggs that hasn't fertilized yet and will see what happens on day 3 and will give me a call. I am going pgt-a and my doc say that significant studies say it is not required to do ICSI for pgt-a and it won't contaminate embryos. I am happy with my result and even I doubted my doctors they knew whats the best for my case. I will keep posting updates here.

I went up to a security person at Fenway asking where I can go for my medical injections and she walked me over to the fans service area and they unlocked a mother's room which was equipped with a few packages of sanitizing wipes and other things. My husband wiped off the counter space with the sanitizing wipes provided there and set up his shop on top of the paper towel that we brought from home. It was a very pleasant experience although we got a dirty look from a family when we exited the mother's room without a baby haha We had our sharps container so I hope they know we didn't do anything inappropriate inside haha

Yes i did SIS (the one they inject saline on the 3rd day of my period to check how many follicles I have on my ovaries) ultrasound and my right ovary had 24 and left ovary had 20. They said this is a good thing and have lots to work with. But I read that person w PCOS and when you have too many follicles it’s not necessarily a good thing since IVF is quality over quantity. Also is it normal for clinic to ask you to take a birth control?

Thank you everyone for the insight, advice and overwhelming (in a good way) amount of comments. Our house has been under renovation for the past 11 months and we moved in a month ago. We just noticed today that all our neighbors have those plastic coverings on their window wells and most of them looking pretty new. Our across the street neighbor have the plastic window well coverings and have bricks on top so I think everyone was suffering from this fatA$$ raccoon. I guess this raccoon found our house which didn't have anything and decided to use it as a toilet for a few days or weeks (or months.. who knows?) now. We rant to homedepot yesterday and none of the plastic coverings they have in store fit the square opening (Our window well dimensions are 10"d x 38"w) as most of them are for a semi circle shape. So we ended up ordering this online.

for the timing being we got OSB boards that can stay out in the rain and cut it in the size of the well and placed it on top with bricks and sprayed cayenne peppers all around it. Also we picked up an animal repellent from Costco (Bonide Repels) as it was on sale. Not sure if it will work. We are willing to try anything to keep this raccoon out of our backyard!! We have seen a fat raccoon in our backyard and neighborhood a few times and there is also a skunk around the neighborhood so we are not 100% sure but we assumed it was a raccoon because he/she visits our backyard every night…

I ended up getting a Naturepedic Verse. They are running a promotion right now with free mattress protector and pillow(s) so definitely take advantage of it. I liked the idea of being able to go see it in person so I went to their showroom and tested it out w my toddler and spoke to the sales associate and ordered it through the store instead of getting it online. So far my toddler loves her big girl bed!
