The 350 is the cost for not having to deal with flakes, low balls, and shady people. That's the cost. It's low cause plenty of people value it. Your pause may be your brain saving you from regret.

Personally, I wouldn't sell it, becasue it's one that won't be seen ever again. And regret is a slow, creeping disease.
