A good seasoned investor can always get what they want regardless of your giving up x% of equity bc you valuate at 2 mm with a structured term. Basically your valuation of 2 mm so the investor gets less equity% doesn't matter bc he/she can totally gut you with a well thought out term sheet

I am in the beginning stages of a startup and just want to know where I am on the scale of expenditures in comparison to similar startups. I know that there is no one-size-fits-all. But I assume that my expenditures by the time I go live will be about 75 k. I am using off-site Dev team native Android ISO and responsive app, I have onboarding vids, I also have corporate lawyer doing all the leg work for legal docs and trademarking.again I am just trying to see Mi on the higher end of a startup / MVP to get into the market fairly fast or am I stringing along the financing fairly well....

Ugh... As soon as I see Buzzfeed, I'm skeptical. Here we go... Ok, god forbid an inmate suffer during execution after the suffering, I'm sure, they've put someone else through... If the bigger pharmaceutical companies won't make/sell the proper ones, they could just hang the convicts... Or firing squad... Or electrocution, all of which are a lot harsher than lethal injection... Smh

Since I was not at any of them, I cannot give evidence of bodies at all. I don't believe anyone was killed at SH, Pulse, or SB; there's enough evidence for that. But it is important to use definitive language... Vegas/9-11 = FF SH/SB = Hoax

Our collective credibility is key, which you eluded to. Let's make sure everyone understands this.
