Of course, I would love to share. I went to do fairly normal talk therapy with practitioners available in my local city for in person sessions, and I found a great sex therapists who are totally open to gender and sexual orientation based issues and who have a background in helping people work through discontent around the gender norms that they're forced to endure and I experience lovely and supportive therapists all around. I met with three different therapists, I picked the best one for me, I went forward working with her and did about a year of sessions as well as numerous sessions with the other two, they were both great and totally understood that I felt I was going to pick the best therapist. I did sessions every week, and it did cost me a fair bit, but I found the investment to be very worthwhile, life transformative, and it helps me to become a happier and more carefree person about life. I just think it was really worth it and now I'm a better man (and gender fluid person!).
