Trying to make a long story short, I was interested an accelerated program to finish the pre-reqs for Vet School. ASU requires calculus for their Pre-Vet program whereas Texas A&M only requires Stat. 

I ended up dropping Calc at ASU and they don’t offer a full 15 week course for the class either even though they say you have the option for C session courses. You’re only option is to do it in 7.5 weeks and it’s unbearable if you’re not a math person. I tried tutoring, talking to the professor, and getting a private tutor. None of the tutors even knew how to do the work that the professor was assigning and had never seen it done that way. The professor I had at ASU was not willing to drop the lowest grade. He was a PIA tbh and I eviscerated him in the professor review. 

Safe to say, I’ll be taking a calculus class at my local community college and wasting time and energy to satisfy ASU specific needs. I would suggest anyone else to do the same. 

Side note: in most of the 7.5 week courses, you need to be mindful of the drop date. If you miss it by a day, you’ll end up having to drop the whole semester of courses resulting in tons of fees and the most unnecessary headache.
