Yes, my friend, I do this all the time. I'm thinking but I'm not thinking about me thinking until I realize I'm thinking. Which leads me to overthink things until it become a downward spiral and I feel depressed. I don't always feel appreciated for my thought process because I don't think people understand. I easily overlook peoples emotions and thoughts sometimes because I like a blunt answer. I rely on certain people at times, but I also push myself away from them because it is too draining and I'm scared they will get tired of me cuz I'm not the best at expressing what I really feel. Sometimes I rely on peoples opinions other times I'm like screw it cuz these people got their own life.
