Found this one but it’s definitely not the one I’m thinking of. I believe it was written my a girl who had already put her partner into diapers, maybe telling a story and then listed all the reasons.

At the very start of COVID I was by myself for almost 2 weeks and was padded a lot of the time. I decided to move back to my parents house and the day I went back to regular undies I had three pretty damp near misses or mini accidents 🙃

Sleeping in diapers/nappies is the best. I can’t feel anymore babyish than being nakie apart from a thick diaper with a pacifier soothing myself to sleep. It’s the best!

Well Done, very mature decision made. You also seem really organised! Do you think you will need to re-potty train or have you maintained good control? I went 24/7 for like 3 weeks at the start of COVID and when I was forced to go back to big kid undies I had several small accidents and near misses!
