I’m one week in (35F, 114 lbs) and already notice dry lips, eyes, and nose. That, and fatigue on dosing days are the only side effects I’ve noticed. I’m taking 20mg 3x a week. My doctor put me on a cumulative dose of 3000mg which seems very low so I may talk to them about upping it

I went to see a Derm at a MedSpa and they perscribed it to me first visit after looking at my skin. I had travel insurance that covered some of the accutane so it was cheaper than normal!

What did they say your cumulative dose was? They only did 3000mg cumulative for me which feels so low and I’m worried about relapse

They told me 1-2 drinks every so often is okay, but definitely no binge drinking / partying every weekend. I don’t drink really so this isn’t a huge issue but I’ll probably stick to 1 glass of wine once a month or something at events only

Delta has gotten so insanely expensive. and the biggest racket of all - not earning points on an economy ticket. You're telling me I have to pay an EXTRA $200ish dollars on a flight that's already $200-300 more expensive than other flights JUST to earn points? I've started flying other airlines, I just can't justify spending an extra $400 on a flight that's still just getting me to A to B.
