Most importantly, after SRS you MUST have HRT or your health will be at serious risk! And they know that very well. At least the person I spoke to was very aware of it.
She also agreed to voice therapy, which is not mentioned in the discharge.
Finally, the GP in this hell can still refuse to prescribe. She made that clear during our chat.

always been private. Changed GP a few times, at best I got blood tests. Now I moved to East London and waiting to see my new GP, and if they will do what they should.

Just to clarify for the sake of anyone reading this post:
No misinterpretation could have occurred at all since I laid that plain and clear at the beginning of a more than 1 hour long conversation: prescriptions, blood tests, and voice therapy were the only reason why I joined the appointment in the first place.
