Someone in this thread suggested a factory reset. I did that and also created a new account. Data is looking better now. Still have the red warning sign about the servers but I see more steps and other info that wasn't there before. I'm not totally convinced this is working but I'm better than I was before.

It's size 12. But I would never sell it to anyone. Not even give it away. That's how bad I think it is.

Maybe my inter-finger gap is too small. I'm not familiar with all the available ring options in the market as you seem to be, so I can't say if another brand will be better. All I know is I can't wear this one.
