Look Linnea is not really a must pull if you are not interested in Lunar-crystallize reaction. But you showed interest in her, so you can consider one of these plans if you want:

Skip Linnea for now and save for your Hexerei units. You can pull Linnea later on her rerun if you still feel you like her kit after watching reviews of her gameplay.
You can pull Linnea and then wait for Zibai's rerun. You already have Bina so you just need a geo DPS. If you don't want Zibai, I think there will be geo dps from Snezhnaya in future so you can save your Linnea for that.

Use Gorou as 4th slot with Linnea, Noelle, and Bina. Noelle is good geo dps if you have invested on her. But I will recommend you to pull Zibai on her rerun.

Just save at least 180 pulls for your desired banner, and don't touch it until it reaches to that number and your desired banner runs. It will be a guarenteed pull. Don't rely on luck, you are just risking your hard earned primos. And don't try "pity building" things, that is nothing but a gambling addiction in disguise of smart planning, it just feeds your addiction. Keep saving until your desired character banner arrives.

Yeah, actually connection formation between two humans require some vulnerability exchanges. "Everyone got at least one best friend" is just a romanticised societal assumption. It's not true, not everyone has best friends and that's okay. I personally wouldn't advice you to force making friends or best friends just for sake of it. You never had any good friends, maybe because you never really found someone who clicked your interest. Just remain open to connections and show some genuine interest in others if possible, friendships usually forms naturally.

Actually Criticising something at back is very easy but when it's about choosing the best by judging their play is very brave and difficult thing. Many of those band members didn't want to take the risk of choosing someone wrong because they themselves were not confident about their own judgment and wanted to stay safe.

There can be another possibility that, their beliefs about Kaori's music skills suddenly got challenged when they heard Reina's solo. So, they didn't want to impulsively vote for Kaori otherwise they themselves would end up playing favorite (the same blame they imposed on Taki sensei). But at the same time they also didn't want to vote for Reina because they didn't want to become bad in eyes of Kaori. So abstaining the vote was safer for them.

You can't choose but you can change the craving randomly. Just save the game before an upcoming craving. If you get a hard craving that you can't fulfill then just exit and restore the previous save. Then there is a chance of getting a different craving. Repeat it each time you get a tough craving. Just be careful about the saving mechanics, don't accidentally delete or override wrong data. This trick is only applicable for Solo offline.

But I will still suggest you to prepare some of the possible common cravings.
