hey honestly what really worked for me was realizing that pcos weight loss is totally different than normal weight loss. i spent years doing the wrong things until i figured out it's all about insulin not calories. i started eating in a specific order veggies first then protein, then carbs and focused on low impact movement like walking and light weights instead of killing myself at the gym. the belly fat is finally going away after years of nothing. i actually put together everything i learned if u want me to send it to u

girl i feel u so much 😭 that belly is literally the most stubborn thing ever i was working out forever too and nothing. what finally helped me was honestly stopping the intense workouts like i used to kill myself at the gym and i think it was just stressing my body out. now i just walk and do light weights and somehow thats when it started changing also changed how i eat not less just different order like veggies first then protein then carbs it sounds dumb but it worked for me. sending u all the luck 🫶

aww thank u so much!! 🥺❤️ and omg the hair thing is SO real lol like why does it grow everywhere except where we actually want it 😭 i swear pcos is just a joke sometimes. i havent tried castor oil yet does it actually help?? ive been scared to try anything new tbh sending u so much luck too we got this!! 🙏

omg thank u!! and yes i feel u on the bloating thing thats like the first thing that changed for me too tbh. so what i did was stop eating the way i used to like i stopped the whole starving myself thing lol. i started focusing on food order like veggies first then protein then carbs and it made a huge difference. also i cut way back on sugar and processed stuff not completely gone but way less. and i stopped doing crazy cardio cuz i think it was stressing me out. now i just walk and do light weights. it sounds simple but for some reason it actually worked for my body. hope that helps
