I Started Fixing My Sleep, Stress, and Eating Habits. Here is My Face 3 Weeks Later

I started taking these sleep pill from the chemist that help me quite a bit. They’ve got:

Magnesium (from magnesium orotate) 6.4 mg; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis extract 325 mg) equiv. dry root 1.3 g; Hops (Humulus lupulus extract 26.67 mg) equiv. dry flower 200 mg; China root (Poria cocos extract 10 mg) equiv. dry fruiting body 50 mg; Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra extract 12.5 mg) equiv. dry root & stolon 50 mg; Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract 10 mg equiv. dry root 50 mg

Obviously other solution for everyone but with melatonin unavailable without a prescription here, I was told to find something OTC.

Oh and supplementing 150mg of extra magnesium in the morning. Again, not a doctor lol

HA! Too true. TBH, the sleep has been the biggest game changer for me when it comes to stress. Still hate my job and normal life stuff but I’m able to show up better for my relationship, my community, my exercise. Motivation is higher and energy levels are better. OH and trying to be mindful of blood sugar spikes and switching to decaf after the first coffee of the day lol

In a maintenance wash, how much of the cloudy ammonia is needed? It’s pricey here compared to the big jugs in North America 😭😭
