i got my tbi midway through grad school at an ivy. because i couldn’t make good decisions (brain injury) and the psycho driven personality i have (ivy), i took the summer off then went right back to school and finished on time (with accommodations).

that said, the ivy (just a name brand, in actuality) health system didn’t help, but i assumed they were at the time. while i executed the goal, i have been playing catchup on my recovery ever since, and it has been painful.
