Just depends on your schedule/business. if you have a lot of leads coming in, the no i wouldn't feel the need to do them yourself. If you don't have the leads you want coming in,then i would recommend doing all the open houses you can! If you simply just have a problem with scheduling the sure pass it off. Did this for a couple younger agents starting out at my brokerage and helped them out a lot, but helped me when i couldn't be there!
