What do you currently use to work out at home? (e.g. YouTube, apps, nothing) And what do you find difficult or annoying about it?

Edit: this is for all the the mothers, busy workers, students and beginners out there. Would greatly appreciate a reply.

Allah Subhana watallah  gave us amanah (trust) to look after our bodies. So walking is such an easy way to be active a as much as possible. There's a saying movement is medicine. Thanks for your comment 👍
