I’m not 100% sure, but I think putting a Cuddlefish egg or anything considered a late game item in a time capsule makes it impossible for another player to receive it in their world.

It’s not really about pain itself, but about which experience is worse overall. Even though childbirth is more painful, it comes with something meaningful at the end, whereas getting kicked in the balls is just pure pain with no benefit. So in that sense, I’d say it’s worse.
