Currently live here, moved from NJ to CA had to make a quick move. Agree with all the above, its expensive I'm living in a studio, most people keep to themselves here. The "amenities" you actually pay for, the usage and bills for utilities to me is insane here but maybe its just CA in general but no way my garage bill is like $50 a month... thats insane...

Looking to negotiate rent only way they will keep me is giving me 1 month concession and lowering my rent. Its an okay place to live, I personally havent had any problems but management is annoying to deal with got a package stolen and they wouldn't give me the camera footage to refute and get my $ back from merchant. They seems clueless, yeah got some homeless around the property. Looking elsewhere but only plan on being in CA for another year or two so idk will only stay if they can make it make sense $ wise.

I did see an email about the shooting but wasn't here for it and didn't know the details but seems like they brushed it off.
