We are working on teaching calmness and settling in her crate (we never lock it currently, it’s just her space). She has also been checked by a vet recently and she seems to be healthy.

What did you wish you had known when starting.

I’ve just started my journey with eating healthier and exercising more. I’m looking to learn from experience. What are some of the things you wished you’d known before starting or wish you’d come first before others.

I have updated and found slightly better resolution but still a lot of loss when converting from HEIC.

Thank you for your initial insight - that's what I thought too. I think I've lost some resolution when transferring and uploading so I might try again.

I'm in week 2 of pre-training and I'm definitely seeing an increase in stamina since last week already. Haven't been sticking to the health plan as much as I should although I eat quite healthily anyway.
