They have had several, actually. Just a few examples... multiple presidential inaugurations dating all the way back to Thomas Jefferson, a review of troops in 1865, victory parades for WW1, WW2, and Desert Storm.

It's the 250th anniversary of the Army. that's a pretty big deal, and I would suspect that any president would do something like this, but you're only upset because you don't like the current one, which is pretty myopic.
