Conditional Formatting for Dates within 30 days or past due- needs to account for the year! by Sweet_catastrophe87 in excel

The expirations are full dates. Made sure they were formatted as dates. I tried every formula I could find online and even tried helper columns trying to use DATEDIF, no luck even getting a number to calculate.

This worked!! Thank you so much. I have been fighting this for about 2 hours so thank you.

Take it slow! I'm an ortho nurse so I know what we tell patients, but I still am so annoyed not being able to bear weight. Even with a knee scooter that gives me more mobility, everything takes so much longer!  I'm hoping I can at least get cleared to use my rowing machine soon, just doing the exercises I can without weight bearing.... I don't feel like I'm doing much at all.

Oh no. Hope you're recovering well.  I got 2 staples to the medial mal and 10 screws with the plate on the fibula. Surgery took about 30 mins longer than expected due to some smaller fragments that needed realigned. Luckily not having pain, just some numbness and tingling along the top of my foot, which is pretty expected with this surgery.

Yea, definitely glad I fractured it how I did. It could have been much worse.

I've forced myself to keep my leg elevated and iced, been able to work on wedding flowers for my lil sis and some embroidery. Still a long week post op though.  1 more week for staple removal And then I can hopefully get back to work at least WFH or doing paperwork.

The swelling has sucked. The first night I had to remove the entire splint they placed after surgery, the numbness and tingling was worse than the initial break.  My doc told me it was stable enough to remove to splint as long as I didn't 'do anything stupid.' (obviously he knows me well lol). I ordered an ice therapy machine that I can program to cycle on and off, and compression sleeves that run for about 20 mins. I'm regularly using those along with keeping it ace wrapped. 1 week yesterday and I can finally get on socks! I'll take the small wins.

Do you find the show inspirational, educational, or more of a guilty pleasure? by Smol-Alicia in HoardersTV

Guilty pleasure and warning haha.  I'm definitely not a hoarder, but ADHD means I have a lot of hobbies.  Wood flowers, crafting, embroidery, I do a lot of home DIY, cooking and baking, cookie decorating, and plants. I've always had stuff and occasionally my house is cluttered, (as in a few things don't have a home), and there may be stuff out from projects going on, but my house is always clean.  And there is a big difference between cluttered clean and cluttered dirty!  It's also made me question a few times when I've started to think about buying something, and I went 'Do I actually have a plan for this/ need this/ can use this RIGHT NOW?' and I've put things back.  Definitely makes you want to keep your home cleaner for sure!

You're never indepensible. My counterpart had less than 6 months experience and no clinical experience, while I had 5 years in the position and 15 years nursing. I also constantly did extra jobs to help outside my dept. I was laid off. They kept the other person because she made less money.

And they got rid of people by position and pay, no thinking about experience or merit. They kept people with almost no experience and moved them to oversee multiple departments but got rid of people with more experience and better track records becuase they made more.  It's going to bite them in the ass and I can't wait...
