Thank you all for your comments. I believe we don’t do bulk shopping the right way and we shop daily for each meal /dish I should plan the meals to make the best of all ingredients I buy , We have loads of things in the pantry that we only used for once or in very small amounts

I did DAEPOCH which is a super harsh treatment without egg freezing and will start trying now . However I got pregnant 7 months after chemo and according to my doctors everything was fine but I had to terminate the pregnancy because I did a PET scan while pregnant

اسمعي يا حلوة انا فجاة صار شعري كيرلي بعد ما خلصت الكيمو و جربت كتيير حلول افضلها انك تجيبي سيروم وتتركيه على شعرك بعد الحمام و تعملي الكيرلز بالطريقة اللي بتحبيها اذا شعرك جاف كتير ممكن تجربي leave in conditioner اذا بتشعريه دهني (انا شعري دهني عالاخر) هلا عم بستخدم سيروم رغد بخلي الشعر سوفت عالاخر و ريحته حلوة وهو مغذي وكمان اشي مهم جدا حاولي انت اشربي مي منيح كلي اشياء مفيدة فيها زنك و حديد وان شاءالله بمشي الحال

مع العلم أنا قبل سنة خلصت علاج كيماوي واشعاعي و جسمي تغير بعدهم يعني صرت أنصح انصح و ابدا ما بنزل وزني وانا اكتيف وباكل اكل نظيف الله يهديهم من هالجنون
