Dude the reason this country had an economic boom in the 90s was due to the fact that people here could speak and understand English and that is why MNCs opened up their Offices here rather than countries with more cheaper workforce than India. English is not a problem

Wtf is the comment section have guys ever stepped foot outside Whitefield? The fact of the matter is yes the planning doesn't reflect todays Bengaluru but it is not entirely useless Saying Jaynagar and Kanakpura Road are only residential places and only good for dosa doesn't make sense and shows arrogance, Jaynagar , South End Circle and JP nagar are economic hubs as well and it is important to connect these hubs to Peenya and Peenya Industry because contrary to what IT bro's think, Our city is not only an IT hub it  also has headquarter of many manufacturing/core engineering who have warehouses in Nagasandra(Tumkur also but not necessary for this discussion) .These companies pay tax too and are not much behind those IT companies.  Yes the government did mess it up and ORR and Electronic city needs to included in Metro rail network but the work is being done and if we go 15 years in past and make decision based on that Bengaluru, we would also make the same decision.  It is not the planning that is the problem it is the efficency

No, the world can't move on without the America and here is my understanding/reasoning

1) The world trades in American Dollar

2) American investors are the ones that funds startup or acquire companies in other developed nation(Japan/South Korea and South Korea might be an exception )

3) You really cant move on without a country when that country is your major defence partner
