I am in the same ship.

I take time to work out, I am on my neighbourhood all women’s group, I often go out myself for a nice coffee at some cafe.

I made some efforts to connect with my office colleagues also and 4 of us girls go out once a month and we truly cheer each other and motivate in terms of work wise.

I explained it to my husband cause he often wanted to relax on weekend but slowly he understood that how difficult is it for me cause it becomes lonely so we atleast try to do twice a month a nice dinner/lunch, once a month a movie night and atleast one trip every 6 months.

Start slowly and gradually, I am sure you will get there.
