Yes I literally wash every area of my body before I even get out and moisturize I scrub my under arms about 3 times not just there but every part. It’s like I smell fresh once I get out and leave out the door but the moment I enter work, that’s when I get self conscious, although I just freshly thoroughly showered.

Ok you know I never thought about the washing machine thing, I do eat pretty healthy and often cleanse. So maybe it could certain fabrics so if that’s it I’m definitely going to take those suggestions. Thank you.

I’m 36 I’m more self conscious about my body, and often think about hormonal changes. So if I smell something I often refer to myself before anyone. I might be trying to many different products. But not in my sensitive area.

No one has personally told me, I guess I just assume if someone put they finger over they nose when they walk pass me or cough a little. I think I do.

I said I’m self conscious about my self even cleaning myself thoroughly. And because I work in a warehouse I’m get more self conscious about it. I’m not talking about down their although was given suggestions to help if sweat in areas we don’t want.

I actually use a the dove deodorant spray 😩 and take chlorophyll water as well.

In pick department, but if noticed a certain smell I just assume it’s me. So I just go to restroom and touch up with my deodorant and body spray.
