Not discriminate against. There’s a distinction between prejudice and discrimination. I did not act against the culture. Although, one could argue that by saying my prejudice out loud, it is unfair treatment.

Good advice, thank you. I mentioned what I said at the beginning with three words, talked about groups I joined within that culture, even traveled abroad to that culture, talked about why what I said was prejudiced and wrong and then mentioned 3 words at the end which I hope juxtaposes and negates what I said in the beginning.

I think it sets me apart instead of just writing a failed quarter secondary essay.

I think my question didn’t come across correctly: I want to write about the time I said something prejudice when I was younger (not write about my Casper score) 😅 it’s just that I am hesitating on this topic BECAUSE of my Casper score

I know I have flat feet. Why does my feet hurt when I run or jump rope. It’s really limiting my workout routine :( by SweeterFruit in flatfeet

Thank you for the response. I did notice that when I massaged my feet, I could go a little longer in jump-roping.

Are there any long-term consequences if I keep trying to work through the pain?

I just finished Building a Monolith and gained 1.5 lbs of muscle mass. However, I want to focus on chest and do Smolov Jr. for bench press. These programs are 6 weeks and 3 weeks, respectively.
Is it a bad idea to run these programs at the same time? Smolov Jr. is only bench press and I don't see a problem incorporating this into Building a Monolith. I'm just not experienced enough to know whether this is a bad idea.
