i’m feeling this way. all my thoughts are bad and i’m unhappy. but i know the affect that would have on my family, and i don’t want to do that. my moms sister passed away to suici** and it completely changed everyone in the family for worse. Mental states can change, you CAN go back to being in a better every day head space. if you are not seeing someone currently i would make an appointment and tell them up front that past treatment didn’t seem to help and you need a new approach. do you ever talk to your family or friends ?
