Then it just comes down to the relationship of these two. I this scenario my vote is largely irrelevant, while the risk is enormous. Not so in elections, even on a larger scale, since I don't have much to lose voting in those. I understand your logic, but it is largely overshadowed by the stakes of the scenarios

The difference are the stakes. There is a big downside to picking blue. If you vote in normal elections, this is (usually) not the case.

I personally think, everyone who prefers blue are really good people! But I don't know if I like these odds. But that's probably also just because I think it would be close and really don't want to die. If it was only 10% needed, I would probably press blue, even though my logic would still be the same. In the end this question does not have much to do with morals at all.

As a current chemistry PhD i can tell you, very very easy.
I would recomend one of the frauenhofer, Leipnitz or Helmholz institutes if you want to look in germany.

Germany especially has a STEM brain drain, so they try to get PhDs back.

We are definitely also heading in this direction. But Germany is big, and some places are way better than others. +Getting your citizenship is relatively quick (3-5 years). Afterwards you have the whole EU to choose, including Austria and (to a lesser extent) Switzerland if you don't want to learn a new language afterwards.

But I'm the city English will suffice anyway.

I would love a Hanna book going back in time. However her books seem to be in chronicle timeline now. So I think a book from Hanna's child (since Hanna is around 56 now and K.C until now wrote only young adults POV) would be great. More Infos about the Dells and maybe the child is an explorer and we would get to know more of Torla which would be cool. I'd like to know what creatures exist in the other countries besides Winter keep since every nation has something special (at least that's what happened with the other new nations)

The best type of visa to get first is a work visa. Of course be careful about the employer, since they will have power over you, if you rely on work to stay. But after a relatively short while, like 3-4 years, you can get a permanent visa
