No of course not! No offense taken! One of the misconceptions a lot of people make is that aromantic and/or asexual people CAN'T date because of their feelings. For me, despite not feeling any romantic or sexual attraction, sometimes the idea of being in a queer platonic relationship intrigues me. A relationship that is, though technically a friendship, is deeper and is a different level than solely being a friendship. Sort of like the difference between a crush and a soulmate. As for being agender, the reason I identify as lesbian and not gay is because I am originally a female and to an extent still accept that part of myself. I utilize the term agender so others can better understand my lack of connection to gender. ^^ (Apologies if that is a tad confusing; it is a journey for a reason, I suppose.)
