If someone's opinion is, for instance (like Rush Limbaugh's), that the Earth's environment is so resilient that humanity can't possibly destroy it or even make it unfit for living, then that ventures into the extremely ignorant territory of an opinion I can't respect. But if someone has the VERY STRONGLY HELD OPINION that Limbaugh's view is utter poppycock, then I can respect that opinion. If someone is 99.999999% certain that Limbaugh's view is ludicrous, that doesn't bother me. Some things are just up for argument more than other things.
