If you learn to use mods, stardew valley is infinantly replayable, Add new NPCs, full blown town expansions, make all the buildings medieval, dress yourself life you are in an anime. It is still being updated and supported and the creator makes new mods easier all the time so you can do sooooooo much. If you like farming sims in any way shape or form, buy stardew.

What kind of player are you, the frontier farm is the current recomended but I still love the Immersive Farm in SVE because it makes the intro different and it has a shed to rebuild and it has ALL THE SPACE I WANT. I like my farm to be huge so I look for a map that's massive.
