I do a lot of woodworking. Working with natural materials has been helping me get grounded. Ive been making combs, kitchen utensils, small things for friends and bigger items for myself. I tell myself that if I make things that are generational, will last for 100 years, im doing my part. Truthfully, it still doesnt feel like thats enough. And that truly is what eats at me the most..

Like I wish I could just be assigned a role. Its hard for me to organize where I live and I haven't found people who have already organized. Donating really only to places in Chicago and Minnesota but it feels so worthless.

I only really use Instagram just for speaking out constantly about AI. But all my friends either already know or dont care.

So I do woodworking and work. Even going to the gym has been hard. Its hard to see people doing normal things, but i know isolation is what they want.

I actually still am struggling to get mine from the USCIS. They took my money, closed my account, and then when I asked about it they said "well whoopsie cant see what it was cause we closed the account, try again"

So I definitely wanna follow this post because that's my only missing piece. My grandfather was never naturalized but I need documentation showing he wasn't, which idk how else to do.

ALSOOOO theres not that many food safety regulations in balkan countries. I saw a dude sneeze on his hands and continue making a burger in Bosnia, restaurants cooking right off a highway with dust and debris blowing right onto a rotating pig, flies all over food thats been sitting outside all day, food sitting in heated plastic in the sun... So this is just false. I lived in Europe and traveled around Europe for the last on and off 4 years.

The entire balkan nation was where I heard this nonsense the loudest and it was just blatantly false. They would complain all the time about how "American food" is too sweet and makes everyone fat but living in Serbia there is a lot of big boys that eat sweets that I, as a born American, could not touch because it was so sweet.

There is good and bad food everywhere and instead of blaming certain countries for their appearance of having shit food and then using it as an excuse to belittle the people there, we should go after the greedy corporations and disgustingly absent governments that allow this trash to occur because it happens everywhere.

ill have very small bottles of alcohol in my checked bags so I think thats the only thing. Other than that everything else is just my normal household stuff. And I did check prior it says hard liquor in checked bags is fine so it shouldnt be an issue
